What is the shelf life of your cookies? How long will they last?

5 days at room temperature, 14 days if refrigerated, 30-90 days if frozen.

Are there preservatives in your products?

We do not add preservatives to our products.  Because of this, please make a note of the shelf life (see above) so you will be able to enjoy them while they are fresh.

Are October House Cookies USDA inspected and certified?

Yes. Our cookies are made in a USDA inspected and certified production facility.

Are your cookies addictive?

Yes. They are very addictive and it will be hard to stop at just one. 

Do you ship all over the United States?

We can ship anywhere in the U.S.

Do you hand deliver cookies?

It depends on the size of the order and where you are located. We take it on a case by case basis. Local orders can be picked up at our facility. Call ahead to place your order and arrange for pick-up times. Call for more info.
