Perishability & Shipping Information

Our cookies are shipped via 1-2 day shipping. To ensure your order arrives fresh, we ship 2nd day air outside of the UPS normal 2 day ground shipping distances from where we are located. Saturday and Overnight delivery also available please call for the price to your destination.

When your cookies arrive, they should be eaten within 3-5 days. If you place them in the refrigerator they will last 14 days or in the freezer, 30-90 days.  If frozen, simply thaw and enjoy! 

Our cookies are shipped Monday through Wednesday depending on your location.  Orders placed by 12:00 pm Eastern Time can be shipped the same business day. 

Orders are shipped "Signature Release" which allows the carrier to leave the package without receiving a signature from the recipient except for apartments and condominiums. UPS will not deliver to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Paypal Checkout

You do not have to have a paypal account to checkout.  You can use your Visa or Mastercard.  When you checkout you will be asked for your zip code to determine your shipping charges as well as your address and other information

Summer Shipping

Due to the potential melting of our delicious product as a result of the summer's heat and rays, we package cookies using a styrofoam lined box with a frozen gel pack. However, we can't be held responsible for a package being left in heat past the arrival date. Please notify recipient if this is a gift, to be expecting it's arrival.

All orders will arrive within 2 days.  When you enter your zip code during checkout, the correct shipping value will be selected.
